playMol was initiated by Geir V. Isaksen in 2012. The idea behind playMol is first of all to
shed light over molecular modeling by making this website into a useful meeting point for people
from all over the world either already into modeling, or just getting started. In the Forum you can
ask questions, get help with your modeling problems, or discuss current hot topics within the field.
In the resource section we will try to share everything from basic modeling principles to more
advanced tips & tricks. The website itself is however not meant to be a “one man show”, so everyone
is welcome to join playMol and contribute to the forum, the resources and the gallery section. One of
the key points of playMol is to share knowledge, explore, play and have fun with modeling.
